8 chicken thigh cutlets
Plain flour to coat
1/2 cup of orange marmalade
1/2 cup of orange juice
2 tablespoons of tomato sauce/ketchup
1/4 cup of soy sauce
1 clove garlic
1Coat chicken in flour and place in slow cooker bowl
2Combine all other ingredient and pour over chicken
3Cover and cook on low for 6hrs - time may vary between slow cookers

I made this last week it was a hit with my daughter and my MOTHER IN LAW !! Yes folks you heard it her first ! My mother in law . All jokes aside it was very tasty and I would make it again .
