Gluten Free, Egg White Free, Lactose Free Chocolate Cake
Ingredients
- 70g Lactose free Margarine
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1 Egg Yolk
- 1 cup Zymil Milk
- 1.5 tbsp Cocoa
- 1 cup Gluten free S/R flour
- 1/2 tsp Bicarb Soda
Instructions
- Sift flour and cocoa.
- Add rest of ingredients and mix slowly until combined and then beat on a high speed.
- Cooked in 1.5l slow cooker (Woolies one) on low, with tea towel under the lid for about 2.5 hrs.
