60 grams butter, melted
3 cloves minced garlic (approx. ½ T)
30ml fresh squeezed lemon juice
1tsp dried parsley
300g fresh sea scallops
1Combine all ingredients except scallops in mixing bowl.
2Add scallops to slow cooker
3Pour over the butter sauce
4Cook on high with tea towel trick in place for 40-45 minutes approx. or until scallops cooked through
