Ingredients
60 grams butter, melted
3 cloves minced garlic (approx. ½ T)
30ml fresh squeezed lemon juice
1tsp dried parsley
300g fresh sea scallops
Instructions
Combine all ingredients except scallops in mixing bowl.
Add scallops to slow cooker
Pour over the butter sauce
Cook on high with tea towel trick in place for 40-45 minutes approx. or until scallops cooked through
