Yields: 8 servings in my 5.5 ltr sc
2 x 500gr mince pork & veal mix
2 x jars of red pasta sauce
2 x jars of bechamel/ mushroom / Alfredo sauce Whatever you choose.
1pkt large dried pasta sheets.
Good quality grated cheese
1Place a little red sauce on bottom of sc so pasta doesn't stick
2Lay pasta sheets on top break corners to fit better
3Mix raw mince and 2 jars of red sauce together. Spoon 1/4 of mix onto pasta in sc and spread. Sprinkle a generous handful of grated cheese over mince mix
4Place more pasta sheets on top of cheese. Press lightly. Place 1/4 of mince mix on top of pasta sheets and spread.
5Open jar of white sauce and spread over mince mix. Repeat steps with grated cheese and final layer of mince add pasta sheets and cover with second jar of white sauce.
6Sprinkle with generous handful of cheese.
7Very important place tea towel under lid of slow cooker Cook on high 4 hours including assembly time, to get slow cooker hot and ready to start cooking.
8May be ready in 3 hours depending on how hot your slow cooker is.
9You could add any veg as long as it will cook in 3-4 hours.
