Ingredients

4 chicken breasts diced

1 cup of peas & corn

1 450g jar of mild salsa

1 block of Philly cheese cubed

2 cloves of garlic

1 tablespoon of curry powder

Directions

1Chop all ingredients and combine in your slow cooker.

3Cook for 4.5 hours on low

5I stirred each hour and served on rice.

7Can substitute the philly cheese for cream or coconut cream. If doing this wait till the end to add.
