Chicken Salsa Curry
Serving: 4
Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts diced
- 1 cup of peas & corn
- 1 450g jar of mild salsa
- 1 block of Philly cheese cubed
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 tablespoon of curry powder
Instructions
- Chop all ingredients and combine in your slow cooker.
- Cook for 4.5 hours on low
- I stirred each hour and served on rice.
- Can substitute the philly cheese for cream or coconut cream. If doing this wait till the end to add.
