Chicken Salsa Curry

  • 4 chicken breasts diced
  • 1 cup of peas & corn
  • 1 450g jar of mild salsa
  • 1 block of Philly cheese cubed
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of curry powder


  • Chop all ingredients and combine in your slow cooker.
  • Cook for 4.5 hours on low
  • I stirred each hour and served on rice.
  • Can substitute the philly cheese for cream or coconut cream. If doing this wait till the end to add.
