1Cut Baguette down the centre to form two half loaf slices (as pictured)
2Spread generously with softened butter
3Smear minced garlic over butter all along the length of the breads (as strong as you like it)
4Top with grated cheese and scatter with fine chopped fresh parsley
5Lay the loaves on alfoil sheet in a slow cooker and cook on HIGH for up to 1hr with tea-towel under lid.
6The bread came out crispy on the bottom and oh so cheesy garlic and good on top 🙂
