A fully loaded breakfast sure to satisfy!

Potato Gems

6 cooked and chopped sausages or bacon

1 sliced onion

4 sliced tomatoes

6 eggs

Grated cheese

Feta cheese

Worchetershire sauce

HP sauce

Salt and pepper


1Line the slow cooker with baking paper

2On the bottom layer potato gems

3Then a thin layer of cheese

4Then sausages and onion

5Then worchetershire sauce and hp sauce

6Then tomatoes salt and pepper

7Then the eggs

8Top off with more grated cheese and crumbled feta cheese

9Cook on high for 2 1/2 hrs with a tea towel under the lid - The Tea Towel Trick
