Tuna Fettuccine

800 -900 grams canned tuna drained,

2 jars of alfredo sauce ,

2 cups milk ,

1 teaspoon dried basil ,

1 cup peas frozen ,

1 TBS olive oil

400 grams fettuccine pasta


1Saute onion in olive oil until translucent

2You can do this in slow cooker if it has browning feature (or on stove ) Return back over to slow cooker setting add sauce , milk and basil stir to combine

3Cook on low for 4 hours

4In the meantime cook past until just al dente

5With around 30mins of the cook time left, add tuna and peas and pasta to sauce

6Cook the remaining 30mins or until tuna and peas are heated through & pasta isto your liking 🙂
