Tomato Beef and Vegetable soup
Equipment
- 8L slow cooker
Ingredients
- 1 swede
- 2 potatoes
- 1/4 of a pumpkin
- 2-3 sticks celery
- 1 small half a cauliflower
- 1 small head or broccoli
- 1 onion
- 2 carrots
- 1 parsnip
- 1-2 tsp of crushed garlic
- 2 cans diced tomatoes
- 2 cans tomato soup
- 1 packet of spring vegetable soup
- 2-3 cups of water
- 500 g chuck diced beef
- A good sprinkle of pepper
Instructions
- Dice all vegetables.
- Add all ingredients to slow cooker.
- Cook on low all day (approx 8 hours)
