Low sugar, dates, apples and wholemeal flour. A quick, easy, moist and healthy treat.

Directions
1Chop dates in food processor.
2Add apples and bicarb then boiling water.
3Then add remaining ingredients and process just enough to combine.
4Pour into lined preheated small slow cooker, sprinkle top with desiccated coconut, bake on high for one to two hours.

Could you please tell me if this cake will work if i put it within a cake tin into my larger slow cooker? I don’t have a 1.5 litre slow cooker.

By any chance has anyone tried using Stevia Brown sugar for diabetics with this recipe?
