Sausages in mushroom pasta sauce
Serving: 4
Ingredients
- 6 sauages chopped into bite size peices
- 1 490g jar Dolmio creamy mushroom pasta sauce
- 1 onion chopped
- 180g mushrooms chopped
- 2 cups dried penne pasta
- 1 - 1.5 cups water
- Potatoes for roasting
Instructions
- Put sausages, onion, mushrooms and jar of Dolmio (pasta sauce) into slow cooker.
- Cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours with lid on.
- About 1.5 hours before serving add uncooked pasta and water.

Really tasty recipe – husband went back for seconds – it’s on my meal planner now but next time I’ll cook the pasta separately.
