Sausages in mushroom pasta sauce

  • 6 sauages chopped into bite size peices
  • 1 490g jar Dolmio creamy mushroom pasta sauce
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 180g mushrooms chopped
  • 2 cups dried penne pasta
  • 1 - 1.5 cups water
  • Potatoes for roasting


  • Put sausages, onion, mushrooms and jar of Dolmio (pasta sauce) into slow cooker.
  • Cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours with lid on.
  • About 1.5 hours before serving add uncooked pasta and water.

  1. Really tasty recipe – husband went back for seconds – it’s on my meal planner now but next time I’ll cook the pasta separately.
