PEPPERMINT FUDGE
Ingredients
- 2 x 220 GM blocks of peppermint chocolate
- 50gm butter
- 1 can condensed milk
- 1/2 teas peppermint essence (or to own taste) mix this with condensed milk before adding
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in Slow Cooker on high, and combine, using plastic spoon or spatula, mixing and stirring every 10-15 minutes.
- When mixture starts to set, between stirring, it is ready to transfer to tray lined with glad bake.
- Approximate cooking time 1hr
- Sprinkle with desired decoration on top.
- Allow to set in fridge till firm and cut into cubes
