  • 2 x 220 GM blocks of peppermint chocolate
  • 50gm butter
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1/2 teas peppermint essence (or to own taste) mix this with condensed milk before adding


  • Place all ingredients in Slow Cooker on high, and combine, using plastic spoon or spatula, mixing and stirring every 10-15 minutes.
  • When mixture starts to set, between stirring, it is ready to transfer to tray lined with glad bake.
  • Approximate cooking time 1hr
  • Sprinkle with desired decoration on top.
  • Allow to set in fridge till firm and cut into cubes
