No mess potato bake

Directions
1Place everything into an over bag and shake the bag gently to mix everything together
2Tie bag up and place in SC.
3Add a cup of water to the SC, (not into the bag) cook on high for 3-4 hours.
4Please note, this recipe doesn't have to be done in an oven bag. I find it a lot easier and a lot less messy.

Made this last night and served it with Nanny’s Braised Steak. It was an absolute hit!
I used more potatoes cause my kids love them lol … I will be making this again… thank you for sharing 🙂

We weren’t happy with the final result – the cream cheese didn’t melt properly (we poured the mixture out of the oven back into a bowl to mix things together after cooking), and the flavour was a little overpowering from the cream cheese. Cutting down on the cheese, and adding in some other liquid (perhaps the cream mentioned by Clare) might work better.

I added a couple more potatoes, so I put about 1/2 a cup of cream in. When it was done I put it in a dish and grilled some cheese on top. Absolutely delicious ?

Made this tonight on top of Saucy Chicken. Didn’t have cream cheese so used 300ml cooking cream. Finished under grill with grated cheese on top. Perfect!
