Mum’s stew
Serving: 4
Ingredients
- 500 grams beef (diced/stir fry)
- 4 potatoes
- 1 sweet potato
- 1 onion
- 1 can tomato soup
- Bay leaves
Instructions
- Peel and dice all the veges to what size you like.
- Throw everything into the slow cooker and stir.
- Cook for 2 hrs on high then 6-8 hrs on low
- (Can stir a few times through the day but not vital)
- Can serve by itself or with rice or mash potato
