500 grams beef (diced/stir fry)

4 potatoes

1 sweet potato

1 onion

1 can tomato soup

Bay leaves


1Peel and dice all the veges to what size you like.

2Throw everything into the slow cooker and stir.

3Cook for 2 hrs on high then 6-8 hrs on low

4(Can stir a few times through the day but not vital)

5Can serve by itself or with rice or mash potato
