  • 500 grams beef (diced/stir fry)
  • 4 potatoes
  • 1 sweet potato
  • 1 onion
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • Bay leaves


  • Peel and dice all the veges to what size you like.
  • Throw everything into the slow cooker and stir.
  • Cook for 2 hrs on high then 6-8 hrs on low
  • (Can stir a few times through the day but not vital)
  • Can serve by itself or with rice or mash potato
