Meatloaf

Meatloaf

Maria Mihailidis
A very easy and tasty meatloaf, using simple ingredients.
My sons grew up on this meatloaf. You can change it by flattening the mince and add cheese down the middle and roll it up to form a meatloaf and cook as normal.

Made this tonight very yummy The only thing I didn’t do was baste it wth Tomato Ketchup as hippy wanted gravy. Loved it all Will now be on the menu. ????

  2. I’ll give you my famous meatloaf recipe here similar to above but I do half beef mince sausage mince grated green apple peeled, grated carrot diced onion
Heaped dash of chilli sauce massive big squeeze of bbq sauce huge tbsp dump of chutney (homemade or market purchased even better ) or use rosella chutney NO EGG !! Two pieces of bread in whizzer for bread crumbs can be white whole meal seeded whatever you have on hand bind together and presto follow as above ~ finish off in oven to crisp up I generally don’t baste it with anything it’s been a family favourite for over 25 years

Such a superbly delicious 😋 and easy meatloaf to cook. My husband and I both give this 10/10 and it’s definitely a ‘do again’ meal. Thank you so much Maria for such an amazing recipe 😋😋
