lemon and strawberry balls

Ingredients
- 3 cups S/R flour
- 1/2 cup castor sugar
- Dash of vanilla essence
- 1/2 cup milk
- 200ml cream
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- Strawberry jam
- Lemon curd
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients EXCEPT jams
- Make dough into balls
- Make an indent in centre
- Fill with strawberry jam & lemon curd.
- Place tea towel under lid of slow cooker
- Cook for 1hr 50 minutes on HIGH
