Easy Caramel Chocolate Slice

One packet of biscuits crushed (approx 1.5cups or 250g)

1 cup coconut

100-130g melted butter

1 cup chopped nuts (i used almonds) or more if you like

1/2 cup chocolate dots the baking ones (i use milk and white)

Whatever else you like dried fruits, baking mashmellows, lollies....whatever really

375g tin condensed milk


1Mix coconut, crushed biscuits and butter and press into tray lined with baking paper.

2Add nut, chocolate or whatever else you like then evenly pour over the tin of condensed milk.

3Cook for 4-5hrs on high....adjust to suit your slow cooker (or non slow cooker 180 for 30min in oven).
