    6 hrs 15 mins

  • Yields: 4-6 people

Ingredients

650 gms chicken, cubed

200 gms bacon, diced

600 mls cream

3 tsp garlic paste

1 can Cream of Chicken condensed soup

1 chicken stock cube

Any veggies of your choice - I like corn, baby spinach, mushrooms, champignons, peas, beans

300 gms pasta of your choice

Directions

1Add 400 mls of cream and all other ingredients together apart from pasta.

2Cook on low for approx 6 hours.

3Add remaining 200 mls cream and pasta approx 30 mins from the end of cooking.

4The pasta will absorb much of the liquid so don't worry if it looks runny 🙂

Delicious meal the whole family gobbled it up. I cooked ravioli separate and served on that. 5 stars from everyone.

Easy to make, recipe makes enough to feed approximately 8 people. Ours fed 2 children, 2 hungry adults (with seconds) and 3 portions for the freezer.
Empty plates all round. Definitely on our “make again ” list
