Coconut Chicken Curry
Serving: 4
Ingredients
- 500gms of chicken thigh fillets
- 1 tin of coconut milk
- 1 sweet pototo cubed
- 1 onion diced
- 2 celery stalks sliced
- 1/2 red capiscan
- 1/2 cup of corn
- 1 packet of masterfoods coconut chicken recipe base
Instructions
- Brown chicken and put in slow cooker.
- Put rest ofingredients except corn into slow cooker and stir.
- Half a hour before serving add corn.
