- In the final 15mins of cooking take your 2 packets of noodles, break each in half and sit on top of the chow mein in slow cooker. Sprinkle flavour sachets over the noodles. Pour 200ml boiling water over noodles & push them down to submerge them into the meat mix & cover them.Come back after 15mins & mix them throughout the mixture to disperse.
- Serve with optional crusty buttered bread on the side or just on it's own.Curry taste in this dish is not spicy/hot, so all ages can enjoy this meal. If you prefer more bite, by all means add more for your family's tastes π

This is so yummy, will definitely make it again ?
This was good. Used only 500g mince but kept the seasonings the same. Used only 125ml beef stock as my slow cooker makes a lot of liquid. Cooked the noodles separately as hubby loves them and I knew he would prefer it like that. 10/10 recipe! ?
Made this tonight, quick , easy and Hubby loved it, can’t ask for anything more π
If I do noodles separately do I still add noodle flavouring into meat please
Doreen
I’d put the flavour with the noodles if you are doing the noodles separate.
Hubby & I thoroughly enjoyed this, I added Chilli as we like a bit of kick, will definitely be making this again π
I made this for the first time tonight. The only thing I changed was I used Quorn mince as I donβt eat meat. I also added bean sprouts and the noodles I used were the Amoy Singapore curry noodles. This dish is so flavourful it will be a regular tea.
Made this yesterday and I was amazing, highly recommended
Made this two nights ago. Yum. Thumbs up all round. So easy.
