Cinnamon Scroll Apple Pie
- 3 cups self raising flour
- 100g marg/butter
- 1/4 cup caster sugar
- 1 cup of milk
- Stewed apples
- Make dough, as per for scrolls, roll out flat, sprinkle cinnamon all over (good amount), roll dough up, in big sausage style, cut up to make scrolls (about 1cm each) form scrolls for pie base, on baking paper & roll out flat.
- Place baking paper in slow cooker, fill scroll dough with stewed apples, sprinkle with little cinnamon
- Cook on high for 2 hours, with tea towel under lid.
