Chicken, Prawn, and Mushroom casserole

1-2 Chicken thighs

1 tin cocktail prawns (usually near the tuna)

2 mushrooms - any variety.

1 red onion

Whatever vegetables you like, the more colours the better. I used broccoli and capsicum

1 tin coconut milk


1Dice everything up to the size you want,

2Add to slow cooker,

3Pour over coconut milk,

4Cook for 4 hours high, or 6 hours low
