Chicken & corn soup
Serving: 6
Ingredients
- 4 cups of chicken stock
- 2 cups water
- I onion grated
- 2 large chicken breasts
- 400 grams bacon chopped
- 5 potato chopped small
- 2 tins creamed corn
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to slow cooker except creamed corn, I cook for a couple of hours (2-3) on high then take out chicken breast and shred with 2 forks... Add chicken back and cream corn, cook for another 2-3 hrs
- I mash the potato up in the last hr with a potato masher as best I can but you can leave as is I just prefer a less chunky soup 🙂
