Chicken & corn soup

4 cups of chicken stock

2 cups water

I onion grated

2 large chicken breasts

400 grams bacon chopped

5 potato chopped small

2 tins creamed corn

2 tablespoons soy sauce (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste


1Add all ingredients to slow cooker except creamed corn, I cook for a couple of hours (2-3) on high then take out chicken breast and shred with 2 forks... Add chicken back and cream corn, cook for another 2-3 hrs


3I mash the potato up in the last hr with a potato masher as best I can but you can leave as is I just prefer a less chunky soup 🙂
