I found this a little bland, so I added extra Tuscan seasoning, a tablespoon of garlic and some pepper and it turned out nice.
Very tasty. I skipped boiling the macaroni and just put it in raw. It needed an extra half an hour and worked just fine ?
Hubby regularly asks for this. He and the kids love it. So do I. Family favourite.
I threw in a little concentrated veg stock about an hour from the end as it was looking dry but I probably needn’t have bothered – it came together beautifully when the cheese was added and was really tasty. Thumbs up from daughter too.
