Campfire stew
Serving: 6
Ingredients
- 1 joint of gammon
- 1 onion diced
- 1 red pepper diced
- 2 tins of baked beans
- 2 desert spoons of smoked paprika
- 2 cloves of garlic crushed
- 2 courgettes diced
- Add chillies if you like
Instructions
- Place gammon in slow cooker
- Mix rest of ingredients in a bowl and pour into slow cooker
- Cook on high for 4 to 6 hour on high
- Take joint out chop/shred then place back in slow cooker and put on low till ready to eat Thicken with gravy granules if a bit watery 🙂
