8 slices white bread

Strawberry Jam, or whatever jam flavour u prefer. (Alternatively just butter instead)

3 eggs

2 cups milk

1/4 cup sugar

1/2 tsp vanilla essence

1/2 tsp mixed spice

Handful of sultanas (optional)

Spray oil for slow cooker


1Spread the bread with jam, cut in triangle halves. Spray slow cooker with oil & place bread in. Mix remaining ingredients together & pour over bread. Use tea towel under the lid & cook for 1 hr on low, then 1 hr on high. Serve with cream or ice cream.
