8 slices of bread (as a base) or 2 sheets of puff pastry
2 rashers bacon
Red onion diced
3 mushrooms diced
1 tomato de-seeded and diced
Salt and pepper to taste!
1Grease trays with butter, margarine or cooking spray
2Place bread or pastry into muffin trays (or whatever you got!)
3Pour mixture in
4Place 1 cup of water at the bottom of the slow cooker
5Place trays in and cook on high for 2-3 hours or low for 6
6I use a tea towel under the lid! Perfect for hubby to have for breakfast or a quick morning tea! serve with BBQ or tomato sauce
