Herb and garlic lamb shanks
Serving: 2
Ingredients
- 4-6 lamb steaks (small)
- 2 tins of diced tomatoes (with onion and herbs)
- 2 carrots
- 2 celery stalks
- 1 onion
- 1 chunk of butter
- 2 recipe bases
Instructions
- Lightly brown diced onion, carrot and celery in butter and place in slow cooker
- Place all uncooked lamb into the slow cooker
- Add 2 x slow cooker recipe base
- Add tin tomatoes
- Depending on your slow cooker cook for 5 hrs on high or 8 hours on low
- Loosen the belt on your pants and pig out!!
