Ingredients

3 cups of sifted S.R flour

2 cups of warm water

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 brown onion thinly sliced

Bacon diced

Cheddar cheese grated

Basil, rosemary and oregano

2 tsp minced garlic

Directions

1Using a spoon mix all ingredients together including cheese and bacon.

2Leave some to sprinkle on top.

3I also sprinkled extra herbs on top also.

4Line slow cooker with baking paper

5Spray paper with cooking oil.

6Put dough in slow cooker

7Add toppings.

8Put a tea towel under the lid.

9Cook on HIGH for 1.5 hours

10To be honest you can add anything you like as long as you start with flour salt and warm water

Personally I would add 1/2 cup diced bacon, 1 cup grated cheese, a shake of each herb 🙂

I tried this recipe today. It is beautiful i cooked for the amount of time it said then put under grill when it was finished for a bit to brown up as suggested by another slow cooker lover 🙂
