2 bananas approx sliced up
8oz SR flour
8oz caster sugar
8oz margarine or butter
1tsp caramel flavouring
1 cup of packed dark brown sugar
2 cups of very hot or boiling water
1Grease slow cooker bowl
2Slice up banana and place in base of slow cooker
3Mix up the cake mix (caster sugar, sr flour, margarine and eggs) beat well.
4Add the caramel flavouring and mix in well
5Pour evenly over the bananas
7Mix the brown sugar and boiling water until smooth
8Pour over the cake mixture gently (some may rise a little)
10Cook in sc for 2hrs approx with tea towel under lid, tied up to handle.
