Banofee flavour self saucing pudding

Ingredients
- 2 bananas approx sliced up
- 8oz SR flour
- 8oz caster sugar
- 8oz margarine or butter
- 4 eggs
- 1tsp caramel flavouring
- Topping
- 1 cup of packed dark brown sugar
- 2 cups of very hot or boiling water
Instructions
- Grease slow cooker bowl
- Slice up banana and place in base of slow cooker
- Mix up the cake mix (caster sugar, sr flour, margarine and eggs) beat well.
- Add the caramel flavouring and mix in well
- Pour evenly over the bananas
- Mix the brown sugar and boiling water until smooth
- Pour over the cake mixture gently (some may rise a little)
- Cook in sc for 2hrs approx with tea towel under lid, tied up to handle.
