Lamb Neck Stew
Serving: 8
Ingredients
- 18 necks
- 2 cups of mushroom
- 4 carrots
- 1 onion
- 1 capsicum
- 1 cup of chicken stock
- about 2 cups of potato's
- Seasoned with some oregano and rosemary
Instructions
- 1. Add all ingredients to slow cooker
- 2. Put on for low for 6 hours
- 3. Serve with a bread roll
