Easy Caramel Fudge
Serving: 15
Ingredients
- 3 x 220g bars of white chocolate (Cadbury Dream)
- 60g butter
- 1 Tbl of Vanilla Essence
- 1 tin of Nestle Top 'n' fill Caramel
Instructions
- Turn the SC onto low
- Add butter and vanilla essence to the slow cooker
- Add in one block of chocolate, stir, add the second block
- Of chocolate (I break it into squares or alternately you can use melts)
- Add the tin of Top 'n' fill, stir through
- Add the remaining block of chocolate
- Stir every 10 minutes till smooth and creamy
- After 40 minutes mine was thick and creamy
- Pore into a lined tin, set in the fridge overnight

Jade its the small cans of condensed milk 🙂 comes in caramel flavours too.
When making this, is it better to leave the lid on or off
All fudge is always lid off – or a drip of water from a lid can cause it to seize 🙂
