Ingredients

  • 1kg sausages
  • 1 cup mushrooms
  • 2-3 carrots peeled and sliced
  • 2 cups of chicken stock
  • 1tsp Brown sugar
  • 2tsp garlic
  • 2tsp curry powder
  • 1tsp ginger
  • 2tbs Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  • Cut sausages into chunky pieces and place all ingredients into your slow cooker and cook on low for 5/6 hours.

I tried your Recipe today Jarrah. It turned our amazing. I did add frozen veges an hour before completion and served the dish with creamy garlic mashed potatoes. Incredible depth of flavour. Well done. I recommend this Recipe highly and have made it one of our regulars.

  2. Delicious! As Steve said there is a real depth of flavour. I just served with rice for an easy weekday dinner. I’ll definitely be making this again.

Delicious and so easy. Added 3 medium potatoes also and fresh green beans at the end.
    Thank you for sharing.

Tasty easy recipe. Only change I made was halving the curry powder. I also added some parsnip and celery to the cooker at the beginning. Served with mashed pumpkin and steamed broccoli. Thank you for another recipe to add to my repertoire.
