This is absolutely delicious and so easy. I now reduce the amount of Thai curry paste as 4 tsps was a bit too much for our taste and serve it with coconut rice. Thank you for such a great, easy recipe

  2. Wat kind of cream would you use for this plz. Sorry only new to this stuff .

I always suggest cooking cream for slow cooking so that it doesn’t split 🙂
If you only have regular cream, add 1-2 tsp cornflour to it first

This was to die for and so easy to make. My marinara packet was only 300gm, so I added part of a packet of raw prawns I had, as well as celery, carrot, kumara and parsnip at the start of cooking. I also added some cauliflower and broccoli with about one hour to go to make it an all in one dinner. Also reduced curry paste to 1tsp to accommodate hubby. Also used Carnation Lite Cooking Cream. Will definitely be making again.
