Can you use something beside the chorizo sausage? Thanks
You could leave it out if you prefer or use a similar salami/kransky type meat that you may prefer
this was a big hit in our family we all enjoyed this then normal spaghetti bolognaise .lovly with crust bread/ garlic bread
I was skeptical about mixing cream with mince, but it was so good! Lots of flavour and something different to make with mince. I served ours with mash potato.
Certainly an interesting flavour. Wasn’t sure about the cream, but hubby enjoyed it.
Can I use Chinese sausage instead of chorizo ??
I don’t see why not Greg 🙂 Let us know how it goes!
This Creamy Beef and Pasta made a lovely dinner.
Used penne pasta. Left out the garlic cloves as didn’t have any on hand.
Enjoyed by all of the family.
We had it with a stick of garlic bread.
this is a smash hit in our house! a wee adaptation i do: brown off the mince in a separate pan and drain off the fat, whilst i fry the chorizo in another pan. Then i fry the onion with the chorizo in the chorizo oil, and mix the browned mince into that pan to get all the delish chorizo flavour. then it al goes inthe slow cooker. yummity yum yum 😋
It was fantastic . Hubby bought 4 sticks of Chorizo for it. We served his on rice and mine with no pasta or rice and added peas, corn & carrot. Definitely will be making it again.
I’d be using Polish sausage instead of Chorizo
You can use whatever you like. We preferred the Chorizo- so yum!!
