I cooked your pickled pork today. It’s the first time my Husband and I have eaten it and we’re certainly glad we did and we’ll definitely be cooking it again.
I served it with mashed potatoes 🥔, pumpkin 🎃, sweet potato 🍠 and carrots 🥕 (also cooked in the slow cooker) along with peas, beans, corn 🌽 and gravy.
There is plenty left for a few more meals.
Thank you Paulene for another awesome recipe 😃😃

This was so easy and delicious. Only thing I changed was adding a celery stick that needed to be used up. Served with a cauliflower steak and roast pumpkin, carrot and broccoli. Will definitely make again.

Definately the ONLY way I will do this from now – so sweet and tasty (I cooked for 9 hours on low)

I had a piece of pickled pork but not all of the ingredients listed so I improvised. I peeled and quartered a Granny Smith apple with white vinegar. Rest of the ingredients were basically nearly the same. So easy, so tasty and super easy to prepare. Just the thing for our very hot days. Thank you Paulene this recipe is definitely a keeper.

I bought a piece of pickled pork and thought I would try Paulene’s recipe. Should have read the list of ingredients first but improvised with the apple cider vinegar to white vinegar and a peeled and quartered Granny Smith apple. Cooked it on slow overnight and it was perfect with salad on our extremely hot days. Highly recommend this recipe to all .
