What a scrumptious easy recipe to make with hubby giving it a 12/10. You sure can make this again he said.
NOTE: I only had 500g beef mince so I used that and kept the rest of the ingredients the same. I also added 1 teaspoon each oregano & thyme. And only used 250gms angle hair spaghetti. Cooked in my 3.5 L sc for 4 hours.
That’s such wonderful feedback – thanks Jenny!
We loved this dish. So full of flavour and easy. I used ABC kecap manis instead of sugar. Also added chilli
About 30 mins before serving I through in some frozen cauli/brocoli. Instead of spaghetti I used Singapore noodles. YUM
Thanks so much Margaret! 🙂
Different to spag bog and very tasty! Will do again.
Thanks you so much for taking the time to leave your feedback Christine – so appreciated!
I sm so pleased I made this dish, it’s lovely and so easy to make. My hubby also really enjoyed this dish and said he is looking forward to enjoying it for lunch again tomorrow. I added carrots and celery at the beginning and broccoli and cauliflower with about 40 minutes to go to make it an all in one dinner. I used low carb noodles and stirred them through at the end. Will definitely make it again.
Lovely extra additions Jan! Thanks so much for sharing 🙂

Saw the recipe on Facebook, read it very carefully on the app and decided to give it a try. Rather interesting flavour balance with the ginger and a delicious result. Cooked this with chicken mince without enough green onion for the garnish, so the sesame seeds were a nice touch. The broccolini was great, too!
Thanks so much for your wonderful feedback Narelle! 🙂
