Taco Spaghetti
A delicious Mexican taco vibe served on spaghetti – the whole family will love it!
Equipment
- 5L slow cooker
Ingredients
Slow Cook Ingredients
- 1 kg beef mince
- 3 vine ripened tomatoes, chopped
- 50 grams concentrated tomato paste
- 400 gram can diced Italian tomatoes
- 2 sachets salt reduced taco seasoning mix (see notes)
- 100 grams creamed cheese, cubed
To Serve:
- 500 grams spaghetti, cooked
- grated cheese to top
- Mashed avocado to garnish
- Sour cream to garnish
- Sliced green onions/shallots to garnish
Instructions
- Add all the slow cooker ingredients to slow cooker
- Cook on low for 6hrs
- Toss through cooked spaghetti, scatter with cheese, then garnish with above garnish selections 🙂
- NOTES: I choose salt reduced taco seasoning so that it isn't overly salty. However you may also choose to make your own taco seasoning from scratch HERE

We really enjoyed this! It is as yummy as it sounds, next time I might add a can of rinsed four bean mix to add a bit more to it.
I received a few funny looks when I told everyone what was for tea. My partner is not a pasta fan but he absolutely loved this dish. I wouldn’t make any changes to the recipe, it turned out perfect.

Made this for dinner last night, I added four bean mix and some extra chilli as we like spice here. Loved by all and so easy for a quick dinner around work, will make again! Plus plenty of leftovers for a few freezer stashes for those time poor week nights after work 😊

Taco’s & Pasta! What a combo .. didn’t change the recipe but I like the idea of adding beans & corn as well .. very tasty & filling, definitely will make again
