Peanut Butter Cookies - Low Carb
Avoiding carbs doesn't have to mean avoiding cookies with these bad boys!! Just 1.5g carbs each :)

Ingredients
1 cup of peanut butter (I chose smooth but you could do either)
1 egg
1/2 cup of granulated splenda
1 tsp vanilla essence
Instructions
Combine all ingredients well to form cookie dough
If your dough is too moist you can sprinkle another spoon of splenda over and combine but you shouldn't need to
Line slow cooker with a sheet of non stick baking paper
Roll cookie dough into small balls - about 1-2 tsp each ball
I made 24 balls
Space balls out over the baking paper and pres each one down lightly with a fork
Cook on HIGH for 1hr with

Each cookie is approximately 1.5g carbs
