Peanut Butter Choc-Chunk Cookies
Serving: 20
Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 cup peanut butter (I chose crunchy)
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup chocolate melts
Instructions
- Combine first 4 ingredients and mix well
- Add chocolate chips and mix to combine
- Cover slow cooker bowl with non stick baking paper
- Roll up cookie dough into balls approx the size of a golf ball and space out well in cooker (I cooked 8 per batch in my 7L rectangular slow cooker)
- Press down each ball with a fork to flatten
- Use Tea Towel Trick, then cover and cook on HIGH for 1hr per batch
- Enjoy hot or allow to cool and store in sealed container

is there a a rack could put in between my slow cooker to cook more cookies at a time?
