Peanut Butter Choc-Chunk Cookies

Peanut Butter Choc-Chunk Cookies 4 0 5 1

  • Yields: 20 cookies


1 cup sugar

1 tsp vanilla essence

1 cup peanut butter (I chose crunchy)

1 egg

1/2 cup chocolate melts


1Combine first 4 ingredients and mix well

2Add chocolate chips and mix to combine

3Cover slow cooker bowl with non stick baking paper

4Roll up cookie dough into balls approx the size of a golf ball and space out well in cooker (I cooked 8 per batch in my 7L rectangular slow cooker)

5Press down each ball with a fork to flatten

6Use Tea Towel Trick, then cover and cook on HIGH for 1hr per batch

7Enjoy hot or allow to cool and store in sealed container

Sure you could have a second layer up on a cooling type rack if it fits or a trivet etc

is there a a rack could put in between my slow cooker to cook more cookies at a time?
