Just love this one. Third time I’ve cooked it . This time I left out one zucchini and replaced it with some sweet potato and a little grated carrot along with a handful of fresh garlic chives. Too easy, even a bloke can do this.
    Cheers ladies. (and gents)

I really like this. Straight into an oil sprayed cooker for the crusty texture I love, added mushroom, capsicum and red chilli’s . Will definitely do it again

  3. How do you get it out of slow cooker in one piece successfully when putting it under the grill?

I really love this recipe for its tastes and ease. Having done it once, it’s now been requested by others in the house. Fantastic recipe

This is a great recipe, easy, full of flavour and tweakable to your tastes and favorite ingredients. I’ve done it a few times now, including on demand from the family

How large is this recipe? I have a 5.5 lt sunbeam secret chef but like a high quiche. Just wondering if I need to adjust the measurements?

If you like high I would double it and cook longer until set 🙂

This is a staple in our summer menu. It’s a good way to use up those extra zucchinis that are lying in the bottom of the fridge.Love how versatile it is. We sometimes add left over veges as well. Easy to adapt to make it gluten free.

This was very tasty and so easy to make. I added some mushrooms that needed using up as well, otherwise followed the recipe. After 3 hours the outside and bottom had formed a nice crust so I didn’t bother browning in the oven. Will definitely make again.

Second time halved the oil it worked out better. Just need to tweak cooking times, it was a little overdone at the edges.
