O mG, best bread I have ever cooked, keep it on the moist side and put lots of shredded cheese on the dough outside. Well played, you. Even maybe a little Hoyts Italian seasoning sprinkled on the cheese up top.

  2. Could you provide more detailed instructions on making the dough please.

Christine, I suppose you could use some other type of liquid but then it wouldn’t be called White wine and cheese damper lol. You could try milk or water or maybe tomato juice. ?
Chris, I just put the yeast in the flour, added the wine then needed it. It’s a really easy damper to make.
    Anne, thank you so much.

  4. This was delicious & exceeded expectations! I used a mix of Colby, mozzarella & chilli cheese. I followed the posted instructions and it turned out perfectly. I served it with loads of butter and caramelised onion relish.
Highly recommend. Thank you for sharing!

.The ingredients in this recipe had me intrigued so I made it immediately , it was absolutely delicious and needless to say didn’t last long

  6. Sorry confused, do you only add the cheese on top of the needed dough once its in the slow cooker?

While this one isn’t my own recipe I’d use 1/2 cup in the dough and 1/4 cup on top 🙂

Did you just mix all ingredients together then need the dough then leave to prove before placing in slow cooker
