Slow Cooker Savoury Sausages
Serving: 4
Ingredients
- 6 large sausages
- 2 tblsp Brown Sugar
- 2 tblsp flour
- 2 tblsp vinegar
- 2 tblsp tomato sauce
- 1/2 tsp curry powder
- 1/2 tsp mustard powder
- 1/2 tsp mixed spice
- Salt and Pepper
- 1 to 1 and 1/2 cups water
Instructions
- Place sausages in slow cooker
- Combine remaining ingredients together and pour over sausages
- Cook on low for 6-8hrs or high for 3-4hrs depending on Slow Cooker
- (I also stirred mine every 2 hours)
