Winner, winner, chicken dinner! We loved this. Used half a camembert instead of a whole which was plenty, used 3 rashers of bacon per breast, and toothpicks to secure. Could quite easily have got away with just half a jar of the sauce too I reckon to save a few dollars. I served with potato mash, and salt and garlic seasoned kumara and broccoli. Was a bit of a pricey meal, but far cheaper than eating at a restaurant and tasted as good as restaurant food! Definitely worth making as a treat from time to time and only took 10mins to prep, so no complaints here! Thanks for sharing.

In the supermarkets with the relish and pickles type area I find them 🙂

  2. silly question but are you cutting along the side edge like you would to butterfly the breast or in the top ?

While it’s not my own recipe, since it says a pocket, I’d make it more towards the top so ingredients stay inside it 🙂
