Lamb Ragout

Ingredients
 

  • 2 carrot chopped
  • 1 Brown Onion sliced
  • 1 large celery stick, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons crushed garlic
  • 1kg large good quality lamb chops
  • 2 dried bay leaves
  • 1 tablespoon Italian herbs
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 410g tomato purée
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • Parmesan, shaved, to serve

Instructions
 

  • Put all ingredients in slow cooker. Cook on low with lid on 8-10hrs.
  • Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  • Serve with mash potato

    Please confirm lamb chop qty. as it indicates 1 chop. Should it be 1kg of lamb chops?
