Made this tonight and loved it. Maybe I’d add a little bit of sugar but it’s fine without it.

So simple and tasty. A great way to use up leftover hot cross buns. Turned out much nicer than I expected ?

  8. I did this a couple of years ago. Instead of vanilla extract, I used vanilla bean paste – omg it was so good!

Easy and delicious. A perfect Easter dessert. I’d definitely add a bit of sugar next time although a swirl of maple or golden syrup would also do the trick!
