Is that right? 1 cup of mustard? Pardon my ignorance but I am thinking that seems like a lot to me and what kind would you use?

Yes it’s been queried before but Tenieka confirmed that is correct for her recipe 🙂

what sort of mustard do you use ? as im thinking 1 cup of English mustard would be far to strong? thanks for any help here 🙂

I’ve just put mine in, used a small jar of Dijon mustard as that’s what I had in cupboard. Hoping it turns out okay, we will find out in 6 hours!

Update: turned out absolutely perfect, I used 4 large pork chops (bone in) and cooked it for 7 hours instead as my cooker is only small. Lovely flavour, a hit with the 10 year old too .

    This has great flavour.
    The mustard wasn’t too strong.
Served with salad and garlic bread.
